Justin Ullom, formerly the head basketball coach at Monroe Central High School for eight years, joined Muncie Central's staff in May 2022 as its new boys basketball coach.
A Muncie native who graduated from Delta High School, Ullom led a successful basketball program at Monroe Central and was named District 2 Coach of the Year after a 25-1 season.
Justin Ullom and his wife, Sandy, visited the Alumni Association's Memorabilia Room in May 2022. He noted he wanted his basketball players to learn more about the traditions and history of Bearcat boys basketball, which includes eight state championships (before class basketball) and seven semi-state appearances, the last on in 2006.
