Updated: Jan 19

Muncie Central is the only high school in the national to have an exhibit in the national basketball hall of fame. Another place to learn about Bearcat basketball is the Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame in New Castle, Indiana.

After the event, the basketball sculpture will be donated to the Muncie Community Schools.

The public voted in 2023 to select the most memorable moments in Indiana basketball history from a list of 50 suggestions made by a committee of sports journalist, members of the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, former coaches and players, former administrators and other experts.
